Dear Owner(s),

Sunreal Condominium Management and your Board of Directors are pleased to advise, Madsen Refrigeration and Boilers Ltd. has been engaged to offer bulk pricing to the Owners of Sierras of Michener Hill for the inspection and maintenance of their air conditioners, commencing during April 2025.

Previously, the inspection and maintenance program has been offered to Owners, on a bi-annual basis, to alleviate the stress of arranging this independently and ensure air conditioners are being inspected and maintenance is being completed as recommended.

Madsen Refrigeration and Boilers Ltd. is offering to service the air conditioners at a cost of $120.00 plus GST, excluding parts and repairs should deficiencies be noted. Should an Owner choose not to participate, pricing is not guaranteed for future maintenance. Should repairs be required, pricing will be at the discretion of Madsen Refrigeration and Boilers Ltd. and it will be the Owners responsibility to approve pricing.

Note, in the event an Owner chooses to participate, this will be at the Owner’s sole expense, and invoicing will be provided directly to the Owner for payment, upon completion.

Please find the attached second page, to be completed with all requested information should you wish to participate, prior to Friday, March 28, 2025. Following the deadline provided, Sunreal Condominium Management will provide all interested Owners with a schedule, further directions, and options to provide access.
