Interior Painting Advisory Committee

During the 2025 Annual General Meeting, the Board of Directors indicated an “Interior Painting Advisory Committee” would be tasked with assisting the Board of Directors with preparation for, and completion of, the interior painting of Common Areas. The Project is to commence during Winter 2025/2026.  The Subcommittee will consist of 2 Board Members, working alongside the On-Site Manger and 5 Owners, who will be selected by the Board of Directors.

The Board of Directors will initially draft, in detail, a “scope of work”.  Tasks assigned to the Subcommittee include, but are not limited to the following:

  1. Review the “scope of work” and make recommendations;
  2. Meet with Contractors to obtain pricing for painting once the final “scope of work” has been reviewed and approved by the Board of Directors;
  3. Present pricing to the Board of Directors for review and approval once received;
  4. Pick colours for the baseboards, walls, doors, etc. once an estimate has been approved, and present to the Board of Directors for approval;
  5. Assist in removal, dusting, and re-installation of paintings, at the direction of the Social Committee, throughout the process;
  6. Prepare samples, along with pricing, for directional signage to be installed throughout the Building following completion of the painting project, and present samples and quote to Board of Directors for approval;
  7. Assist with monitoring the Contractors throughout the process.

The Board of Directors has select the Interior Painting Advisory Committee Members.
