Sunreal Condominium Management and the Board of Directors for Sierras of Michener Hill have received a number of inquiries regarding maintenance of the Property located North of Sierras of Michener Hill, along Michener Avenue. Unfortunately, this space is owned by the City of Red Deer, and therefore, the Board of Directors is unable to complete maintenance, such as removal of deadfall from treed areas. Residents with concerns are encouraged to report these to the City of Red Deer, using any of the following options:
- Contacting the City of Red Deer via telephone at 403-342-8111;
- Contacting the City of Red Deer via email at feedback@reddeer.ca;
- Filing a complaint online at the city website. If you use option 3, the following could be copied and pasted into the online form
- Description of your problem
I am concerned with dead fall trees and the possibility of a fire affecting our building.

Additionally, Residents are encouraged to include the Mayor, City Council Members, Fire Department Personnel, etc. when sending reports via email, and are asked to include photos of their concerns where possible. If enough Residents report their concerns, the City of Red Deer will be more likely to address these concerns!
