Air Conditioner Inspection

Inspection and maintenance of air conditioners is available through Madsen Refrigeration and Boilers Ltd.

This service is provided in odd numbered years for any unit that wishes to be inspected. 

Use of the program is voluntary.

Following the deadline provided, Sunreal Condominium Management will provide all interested Owners with a schedule, further directions, and options to provide access. By doing all those units in the same time frame, the cost per unit is considerably less than getting a  technician for an individual unit.

Madsen Refrigeration and Boilers Ltd. will service the air conditioners for a set fee excluding parts and repairs should deficiencies be noted.

Note, in the event an Owner chooses to participate, this will be at the Owner’s sole expense, and invoicing will be provided directly to the Owner for payment, upon completion.
