Resident Good Neighbour Check List

The following reminders are from the recent January, 2026 newsletter and are provided to support safety, security, and respectful community living within our building. Residents are asked to review the list.

•     ICE (In Case of Emergency) notices should now be completed and posted on unit doors for protection of residents. For details, refer to the December 3, 2025 door drop or visit ICE Information.

•     Building Manager contact hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m. and 1:00 p.m.–3:00 p.m.

•     When using the parkade, press your fob only after the overhead door has fully closed. Interrupting the cycle reduces motor lifespan.

•     Drive through an open parkade entrance only if you are the one who has opened the door and do so promptly and carefully.

•     Wait for the parkade door to close completely before leaving the area.

•     Remain near any access door until it closes securely.

•     Only allow entry to individuals you personally know.

•     Four director’s terms in office conclude in May, some or all may seek re-election.

•     Information for owners interested in running will be provided in the coming months.

•     The Board of Directors election will be held in May to fill four positions, each for a two-year term.

•     Items in the lobby kitchen, including the fridge and freezer, may not be used or removed without Social Committee approval.

•     Noisy household chores should be completed during daytime hours only.

•     When using the car wash, follow all posted instructions and keep the wand pointed downward to avoid spraying neighbouring vehicles.

•     Garbage chutes may be used between 7:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m., except Wednesdays when the bin is out for pickup.

•     Shopping carts must be returned to their designated storage areas in the parkade or front entrance after use.

•     Residents must obtain a gym key and complete the required waiver before using the gym.

•     Turn off your vehicle while loading or unloading in the parkade.

•     Clean your parking stall regularly or arrange for it to be cleaned.

•     Drive no faster than 10 km/h in the parkade.

•     Avoid letting your suite door slam when entering or leaving.

•     Keep hallways clear—no items may be placed outside unit doors.

•     Leave a small gap at the top or bottom of window blinds to allow air circulation and prevent heat or cold buildup that can weaken window seals.

•     Smoking is not permitted on balconies.

•     Keep decks clean by vacuuming or sweeping; dispose of dust in your garbage and allow snow to melt indoors.

•     Ensure water from plant care or cleaning does not run over the edge of your deck.

•     Pets must be taken offsite for bathroom needs. Boundary maps are posted in the Evergreen Room and the Business Office
